After several years of using a pay as you go plan, my new job required something more. Since we have the Apple iPod touch 8GB (4th Generation) - Black - Current Version and the iPad 2, I wanted something that would be compatable. With a 2-year contract, this particular model was very affordable.I expected to have things work together, but I was amazed at how smoothly it worked. My calendar and contact lists remain synched to one another through the cloud. Within minutes, my phone had all of my phone numbers included without me doing a thing!Since I connected it, I have used it both with and without wifi. Setting up and accessing my voice mail, along with recording the message was actually easy. The GPS works especially well in the rural area where I travel, and I am grateful for the find my friends app, since I travel country roads and want to be able to be found if I get stuck somewhere.Obviously, the keyboard is small, but even with my inexperience, I can easily do simple messages.I have our favorite songs and a few apps loaded, along with photos of my granddaughter, and have scads of space leftover.The only thing that surprised me was that FaceTime is only available when using wifi ...If you already have an iPad, I do recommend that you consider using the iPhone because of the seamless support.

I'm from Venezuela n bought it thinking that I could unlock it here, my friend who lives there brought it a week ago n now I find out that the BB is 4.11.08 n therefore unlockable..!!! I'm so mad, I spent the money I had in a very expensive paperweight!! Please anyone tell me that at least someone is working on it n eventually I'll be able 2 use it...!! :S ...Or if as I read somewhere there's not even a chance 4 all of us who have this problem!!

I had always wanted an iPhone 4, but the price has always kept me from buying one. With the recent release of the 4s, prices have come down on the older models, enough for me to buy one outright. No need to worry if you're making a good investment, because you are. I've had this phone for a month now, and it works like a dream, no lag, great apps, excellent battery life, and the best display in the business. Just beware of the sellers who are selling their iPhones for a too good to be true price. Oh and to stretch the life of your iPhone even more, buy a screen cover, and if you're prone to mishandling your phone, get a rubberized body case.
