My daughter and I love the color of the case. The KF fits and the case closes perfectly. I have a strong sense of smell and I didn't t smell the leather case until I had it pressed on my nose. I definitely recommend this subject case. FYI. I had purchased the MyGear protector/anti fingerprint screen(3pk) for my KF for approx. $10 and it's fits perfectly. It comes with a squeege and clothe. I tuck my clothe between the KF and case.

Case was shipped faster than expected, packaged nicely. Perfect fit for Kindle Fire, did have to let it air out a bit from being in plastic, now just faint, pleasant leather smell. Does hold the Kindle in all kinds of positions, I like being able to detach the complete inner case from the cover, Velcro holds very tight.All ports and speakers are uncovered, but there is no chance that device could slip out of cover.Very happy with my case, friend has same, different color, loves it, too :)
